THE GOOD AND BAD HABITS IN MY NUTRITION
If someone ask me about my habits, I will say that the worst problem in my case is control my diet. I remembered when I was a teenager it did not matter my physical appearance and I used to eat a lot of fast food. Furthermore, I ate when I felt stressed or sad and I had never thought of being a fat girl because I was the tallest girl of the group of classmates´friends and according my height and weight for them I did not seem overweight. However, I think so that when I was young, I was not aware of the consequences that I will have in the future because of eat unhealthy and do not do exercises. Of course, one bad habit is carried by another one because you learn to eat quickly for ansiety and sometimes when you are working late at night you start to feel hungry and consume unhealthy products. Consequently, when you are adult your start to feel certain illeness caused by your bad nutrition. In my case, I have to lear to eat properly and do not consume soda and lower the consumption of sugar and salt in meals and also avoid fatty foods. Finally, I have to put into practice good habits as change the size of my plates, drink a lot of water during the day, eat more fuits during the day and practice or doing physical activities. Rigth now I can say that I feet better and I advice my friends that evety thing is possible if you determine willpower.
